ADHD Coaching in Toronto & Online
As an ADHD coach in Toronto who’s lived with ADHD myself, I help adults get clear on their goals, tackle what’s in the way, and take practical, positive action that fits how their brain actually works.
A free, no-obligation call, just a chat.
Is ADHD Coaching Right for You?
ADHD coaching might be the missing piece if you…
- Were diagnosed as an adult and are still figuring out what it means for your life
- Suspect you have ADHD but haven’t been assessed (you don’t need a diagnosis to start)
- Are capable and driven, but follow-through, time and overwhelm keep getting in the way
- Have tried the planners, apps and productivity systems that worked for two weeks and then didn’t
- Find yourself leaning on alcohol, food, scrolling or other quick fixes to manage a busy ADHD brain
Coaching That Works With Your Brain, Not Against It
ADHD isn’t about laziness or lack of effort-it’s about having a brain that works differently. My coaching helps you understand your brain, build realistic systems, and create lasting change without the shame or burnout.
We won’t force you into a system built for someone else’s brain. We’ll build one around yours.

Practical Support for Real Life
Focus & Productivity
Create systems that help you stay on track and get things done. We find what actually holds your attention, and build around it instead of fighting it.
Time Management
Build realistic routines and structure that fit your ADHD brain. Time blindness is real, so we make time visible in ways that work for you.
Emotional Regulation
Learn tools to manage overwhelm, rejection sensitivity and emotional triggers, so one hard moment doesn’t derail your whole day.
Routine Building
Establish habits that support consistency without burnout, with room for the days when your energy just isn’t there.
Why Work With an ADHD Coach in Toronto Who’s Been There
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 43, after years of wondering why the strategies that worked for everyone else never stuck for me. Learning to work with my brain instead of against it changed everything.
That’s why I trained as an ADHD coach through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), an accredited ADHD and life coach training program. Since 2009 I’ve spent more than 5,000 hours coaching adults across Toronto, Canada, the US and the UK.
So you’ll never have to explain why “just try harder” doesn’t work. I get it, personally and professionally.

ADHD Coaching FAQs
Got Questions? Here are some of the ones I hear most…
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with an ADHD coach?
Not at all. Many of my clients suspect they have ADHD but haven’t been assessed. A diagnosis can be helpful, and if you’d like to pursue one, I can point you in the right direction. But you don’t need one to start.
What’s the difference between ADHD coaching and therapy?
Therapy often explores the past and how it still affects you. Coaching is focused on now and what’s next: getting clear on your goals, breaking them into doable steps, and building systems that fit your brain.
Many clients do both, and the two work well together.
Do you offer ADHD coaching in person in Toronto, or online?
All sessions are online over Zoom. As an ADHD coach in Toronto, I work with clients across the GTA and the rest of Canada, as well as the US and the UK. You get the same warm, personal support, and you skip the commute.
Can ADHD coaching work alongside medication?
Yes. I’m not a prescriber, but coaching sits well alongside medical care. I can support you as you figure out what you want medication to help with, and work in step with your doctor or therapist.
What if my ADHD and drinking (or other habits) are connected?
That’s very common, and it’s exactly where my work is strongest. Learn more about my Addiction Recovery Coaching, where we work on ADHD and recovery together.
